@Leila — yes, pendulums work, although like most things, it’s our own beliefs that MAKE them work. In other words, the more you believe they work, the better results you will get from them.

@Barbee — you’ve got the right idea. Start by working on your belief that changing beliefs can be easy, and the rest of the process goes a lot quicker. Another helpful “Master Belief” is that the things we want in our lives come to us regardless of anything we may or may not do.

Your book is a must read.
Back in 1990, I wrote an article comparing my longed for mulch garden to mulching our minds with postive affirmations.
After the article was published, I discovered that bermuda grass could and did grow under the mulch looking for a weak spot to burst forth.
At first, I wondered if this, also, could be a lesson. I came to believe that that was our “false” beliefs waiting to undermine our new thoughts.
Since then, I tried several methods to change these stubborn beliefs;somtimes thinking that I had.
Since reading your book, I am no longer trying to release “false beliefs.”
I am working, first, in knowing that it is easy to change my beliefs.

I tried this with a pendulum (does that work?) and had a few strong reactions. The reactions were to beliefs that I was surprised to have. Amazing idea. Thanks.
