What to Do When There Really is A Monster in the Closet…
For the first 36 years I relied on my physical senses to guide me through my life. I studied engineering, got a job in a manufacturing plant, married, had babies.
And I suffered with recurring panic attacks.
For me the way through the panic was to go within and get in touch with that which cannot be seen or heard or touched with the physical senses. I turned to meditation and prayer and within a short time found myself studying at the School for Spiritual Healing and Prophecy.
I discovered, experientally, during those years that an energy and a connection existed between us all – and that I could, that anyone could, sometimes alter another’s experience with focused thought and intention – even when they lived hundreds of miles away. Pain dissolved, illness disappeared, depressions lifted…
During this time I also discovered, again experientally, that we were not the only sentient beings that shared our space. I heard the angels sing and I watched the Faeries dance. For real, still can’t fully wrap my consciousness around it, but for real none the less…
Until very recently I left it like that – energy healing, faeries, angels – I shared the world with love and light – working towards the belief that as long as I focused only on that – that was all there was…
Over the past several months I and others around me have been having experiences that have left me no alternative but to consciously look at things differently.
For just as the Angels and Faeries have visited me through the years – darker “entities” have more recently been becoming bolder in making their appearance. I don’t believe that it is because they are strengthening. In fact – I believe that it is because we are now able to hold more light that they are showing up in a form that is easier to see and recognize.
The shadows in which they hid are going away.
Which is a very cool thing indeed.
Because what can be seen can be transformed - it is what is hidden that we must be more wary of…
For me, and others that spend tremendous time playing within the energy realm these “entities” are becoming easier to see as physical form. For others, not yet trained or interested in clairvoyance, these entities are revealing themselves as increasing bouts of depression, anger, mental confusion.
Does any of this sound like your life, or the life of those around you?
If you think that this is a scary scenerio I am discussing here, think again. I bring it up not to bring you down, but to bring it into the light…
For what is being discovered is that is all it takes when these entities strike…
Surrounding them with light. Focused concentrated light.
The following is a list of some very specific tools you can use to bring these “monsters” out of the shadow. Would love to hear of any more tools you have discovered along your journey. It is by all of us working together that we can all move into the world where angels song does not compete with voices not quite so sweet…
- Laughter - good from the belly laughter brings in the light and disperses the shadows. And full blown out laughter is contagious – I dare you to try and not laugh while watching this Laughter Is the Best Medicine
- Mastering Alchemy Tools - Jim Self offers a series of Free audio tools on his website – which you can access here: Mastering Alchemy. These practices, when carried out consistently, clears your energy space and provides a real opening to power and happiness. I have listened to them all and have implemented them in my daily life. Who would have known that a Rose is more than a beauty to look at
- Saying Hello to the Present Moment – These dark entities stay strong by keeping you out of the Present Moment – the place of your ultimate power. By stopping throughout the day and simply asking, “Where Am I Now?” you bring yourself back to the Now. If you then ask yourself the follow up question “Am I OK in the Present Moment?” you will find that the answer is always yes – and every time you notice that you are OK you bring in more light.
- Activating Your Light Saber – During a focused meditation a few months back I was “rudely” interrupted by a dark blog landing on the outside of my energy field. The best way to describe it is to imagine that I was safely within the confines of an auto when – splat – a giant bug landed on the windshield blotting out about 25% of the view. This startled me for a moment – but then I just looked at it – said hello – and visualized a beam of light flowing from my heart center directly into the dark blob. It was fun watching it dissolve – at the same time increasing the light – so much fun that I laughed out loud – which further strengthened the whole experience (see top idea above)
- Ask For Help – Even with all my years of study and practice – with all the tools at my disposal I find time and time again that I can’t do it alone – just not happening. Other people, especially those trained, can see into our shadows in a way that we do not allow ourselves to see. Trained Energy Healers and others can hold the Energetic Space for you as you do the work to shed that which has held you down.
