The Magnificent Universe

It was just 10 minutes ago that I was thinking that I was just way too busy today -- lots of posts that still need to be created this week, calls that needed to be made, children to take care of…
And this post -- which I had written yesterday but for reasons known only to the Internet Gremlins -- had disappeared -- so needed to be written again. I was sensing some internal irritation.
So in preparation for writing the post I watched the video.
And then I watched it again.
And I am now centered, calm, and present.
And there is nothing else that needs to be done -- except for what I am doing now -- and that is enough.
