There’s another superfood you should know about called the Aroniaberry (chokeberry). It is native to North America and contains one of the highest levels of antioxidants – anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins of any fruit. These powerful berries have been utilized for years because of their overall health and wellness benefits. Learn more at www.superberries.com.

I LOVE YOUR WEBSITE! It is fantastic. After watching the video of SacredLove, I was filled with a love for myself that I never felt before! I wanted to LIVE!

I don't like that UTube censored your video on "How to Make Solar Panels saying it was spam or a scam. I KNOW IT IS PURE CENSORSHIP.

Thank you for the imformation and downloads you freely gave. You will be BLESSED. I WILL CONTINUE being a part of your wonderful and revolutionary LOVE message via your website. I will purchase and/or make a donation tomorrow.

Again with much gratitude,
Thank You.

Well all we need to do is spend a few hundred dollars per month, consume all of the super foods and live a long and healthy life. This from an expert! Bully poop.
What if: you have maldigestion, with subsequent malabsorbtion and consequent cellular malnutrition?
Leaky gut: hyperpermeabilty of the small and large intestine?
Pancreatic insufficiency?
And a host of other digestive tract problems?

From my twenty nine years of experience as a practicing clinical nutritionist, one has no hesitation in claiming that at least one third or more off our society has a problem with digestion and assimilation of nutrients.

Why is pancreatic cancer escalating out of control, along with every other chronic illness condition and most killer diseases, which almost without exception begin in the gut?

No super food on this planet will reverse a leaky gut!

Certainly, life extension in our society has increased, very marginally, over the past fifty years or so, albeit without quality of life, filled with prescription medicines and replaced hips, knees, and sometimes hearts and kidneys.

Yes there is good evidence of certain cultures ingesting this or that super food from birth living long and relatively healthy lives. But they live most often in very much less polluted environments than we do.

Besides the vast majority of "baby boomers' and their offspring in continuum lack the constitution of their forebears, and list in National Health Summaries as at least 70% having one or more chronic illness condition and worse when it comes to obesity, diabetes, cardio/cerebrovascular conditions and so on.

Will super foods fix them? Me thinks not.

So let us get real here mate. Do not rave and shout about things you know little about!

By the way, one claims "expert" (smirk) rating on the foregoing, having a birth date of 6 August 1930. Having a father and his father in dementia by age 74. Growing up literally for the first 15 years on the super foods of bread and dripping or melon and lemon jam, some rabbit, a rooster at Christmas, lots of vegies and fruit, home grown, rabbit weekly, lots of soups and stews, walking or running everywhere, bicycle from age twelve. Lean and mean, thirty aunts and uncles, fifty two cousins, not one obese or with diabetes.
Still working, but only about sixty hours per week. Full blood assays reveal disgustingly healthy, in spite of having "Hashimoto's Disease since 1976, nine TIA's (mini strokes) in one day November 2004 and a full blown stroke ten days later.

Having a long history of cooking international cuisine, still do very day, take a few nutrients, mainly brain metabolites, Chia seeds, and cacao every day, and heading for around 130, if one can stand you people (collectively)that long!
Out drinking and fighting, even killing each other every night. Hang in there because no super food on earth is going to make up for what your lack of Melatonin is going to do to you. We are going to see killer diseases and chronic illness conditions, like never before. Big Pharma will exceed all expectations money wise and you will break the (medi) bank!

What we need to realize is that we need to eat the freshest, chemical free foods that we can. Then children will prefer fruits over chocolate.

We can protect our health for about 1$ per day at the mentioned website.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to stop by and answer some of the excellent questions being posted here as comments.

@ Fred - every superfood and superherb listed is a staple item at any serious health food store, including Whole Foods. You can also easily research and purchase them online.

@ Nancy - only bees that are conventionally "farmed" are disappearing. Organic bee farms that treat their bees respectfully and without chemicals have not seen any bee loss. I only recommend using bee products that are organic and cultivated without chemicals or bee mistreatment.

@ Jeanne - thank you for your wonderful list of additional superfoods and mentioning the importance of ADDING things in to our already existing menu! There's only so much one can cover in a single short article, particularly after 20 years of research, experimentation, and exploration. You sum up the perfect way to make a quickstart first step toward superfoods.

David Wolfe is sending us a message for our long life. He found superfoods that work for health. I have gogi berries on my list. They are very interesting when wrapped in dark chocolate as a snack from the health food store. The berries without chocolate are somewhat weird in taste but edible. You do get used to them. Acai is better flavored and can also be chocolated. How you fit them into your menus is personal. David Wolfe cares about his message and he offer his findings for our perusal. We get to pick and choose what works from his list. I do know that ph balance is part of long life and 80% alkaline to 20% acid forming foods is the best balance. So I am wondering how he addresses different health issues. I agree that healthy foods and supplements raise up the human being to a higher level of achievement. So we are learning together. Excelsior! Onward and upward!

Chestnut is laughing at the list of superfoods. Here is a list of easily available superfoods for all of us who must mind our budgets: sweet potato, flax seed and oil, lemons and citrus fruits, coconut oil, whole grains, blueberries, olive and seed oils, chia and salba seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and almond milk, nuts, feta cheese and other cheeses, greens and salad greens, ghee, brown rice, free range omega eggs, caster oil, onion and garlic, buffalo, free range chicken and beef, fresh fruits in season, avacado, beets and its greens, clean water, beans. These are my personal choices, and I have other favorites. We find what works for us. I am allergic to kelp. It will trigger a migraine. Food is personal. Options are plentiful. Organic is best. Unless you grow your own, cost is a factor. Almond milk makes a tasty rice pudding: It is not a milk substitute for kids. I have to see if it make a good ice cream. Fruit juice ices are so refreshing and light. I have my own list of healthful vitamins, minerals, herbs and spices, different from David Wolfe.
We all enjoy different menus- Mexican, Indian, Italian, Asian, American, Greek, African, Swedish, Jewish, Middle Eastern , Russian, Polish, Hungarian, German, and so many more. We can take the menus and make them a healthy version by tweeking a recipe, if we choose. The info is online, in newsletters, in books, and in comments left on sites like this one. Here is to happy healthy eating and cash in the bank!
