I still have a problem doing it. I go to my quiet room, I turn off distractions, I take deep breaths, I close my eyes, and that it’s hard feeling my energy, but I visuallize and followed the steps.

Hello my name is Vince, I recently got into White Magic but the only thing i can do it focus psi energy balls but they wont leave my hands…so how can i possibly become better at doing that? I do meditations everyday.So i will meditate for my brothers and sisters of japan.And i think we all should ask Gods favor,that the radiation miraculously be removed.

Hi Everyone,

I am a S.L.I.der and do practice making energy balls. I still remember the first time I created one and it was such a surreal experience. I had no knowledge of what it was until I did research about it. Now it is just part of me. The great thing is that anyone can do this. All you need to do is believe you can do it and practice your technique. You will feel tingling on your skin, increased heat from your hands, and when you create your energy ball you will feel the energy push your hands apart with force! It is most like trying to push two magnets together with the same polarity. Once you can make PSI balls you can then add positive intention and send them anywhere you want. Energy is Omnipresence! The effects are instant as you are aware or “think” of it. Next journey is ….. astral travel

Well i started practice, its been 2 days, and i can feel heat and some tinglish like sensation i dunno how to describe that feeling on the palm of my hands, anyways, how should i know if im making one or not , i cant see anything , and when should i start seeing progress if i keep practising?

I use these in a number of ways including sending healing to individuals in need. When three or more are sending the energy into one ball the power is multiplied several times over. On one occaision the recipient told me that she had seen the image of a fully grown adult, golden, monk walk right through her. She was rooted to the spot at first and felt anxiousness. After the image passed through her she said she felt incredible, I then told her what my two friends and I had sent to her at that same moment.

The energy ball can also be used to expell bad energy from individuals own body by giving the issue (emotion) form, color, even sound and texture, then have the client breath the physicality into the ball and allow the ball to rise away and off into the etheric to be dealt with by the angelic realm (or its equivelent depending on the belief system of the client)
