any windows zip utility should work – if you don’t have any there are free downloads available on the web (though I don’t have a specific recommendation – I use winzip) – let me know at cyndi@evolutionezine.com if you are still running into issues and I will find another way to get you the download

Please check package as not extractable (with error messages) with Win RAR or WinZip.
