Yes – Accessing Your Inner Wisdom is a downloadable MP3 recording. Once a payment has been made using paypal – you will get a screen with a button that reads “Proceed to Download” click that and you will be taken immediately to the download page.
It would be helpful if you gave more information about the meditation…how long is it, does it use brain entrainment etc.

Hi Rhonda – this meditation is 20 minutes long and does not include brain wave entrainment. What it does include is some of Aila’s magic – which works for me every time
It would’ve been extra helpful to have a mp3 sample of the meditation, so people would have an idea of what it sounds like.
