Sonia Choquette Opens Your Heart
I just finished listening to Sonia Choquette interview on Healing with the Masters and I still have tears in my eyes -- as well as goosebumps. It was amazing -- and my heart is so wide open.
She spoke about these “interesting times” as a Tremendous Birthing Process -- a time where people can get lost or they can get healed -- depending upon whether or not one chooses to keep your heart open.
She then goes on and very experientially goes through the 4 chambers (expressions) of the heart.
1) Upper Right -- the Heart of the Inner Child -- looking forward to life -- expecting good things
2) Lower Right -- The Clear Heart of the Inner Adult the place where we can choose victory over victimhood -- where we open to our intuitive heart and find the gift in every situation. There appears to be a lot of negativity in the world at this moment -- yet we can use our “Clear Heart” to insulate ourselves -- and to transform the negativity that we come in contact with into something so much higher, so much more beautiful.
3) Upper Left -- The Wise Heart -- the place where we can access that inner Peace we all crave -- that place where we realize that we don’t need to be right -- that it is only the “foolish” heart that looks to be right (which by definition makes others wrong)
4) Lower Left -- The Courageous Heart -- The Heart of Gandhi, Mother Theresa, and Martin Luther King. The place that holds such clarity for our vision that no doubting mind or words of others can keep us from Manifesting our Dreams.
Listening to Sonia speak was an extraordinary experience for me -- and it will be available to listen to for free for another 48 hours (though it can be purchased as part of the Healing with the Masters Series after that).

I listened to the replay yesterday. Wow, it was great + anything that can help us open our Heart more is wonderful. worth the time to hear.
Sonia is absolutely wonderful! I listen to her CDs everyday while in my car and just love her calming effect. She helps me begin and end my days very nicely.

Sonia is great, that talk was lovely. I loved the way she described the heart having four chambers, Healing with the Masters is a fantastic series.
I like this video. Sonia encourages an easy meditation method which everyone can practice. I do daily meditation and do asks daily guidance from that inner voice, and it works!
