I definitely was surprised at such a simple method to raise one’s consciousness. I felt my energy shift with my finger moving up and down the scale. Taking time to feel and noting changes is wise. No sense in rushing without integrating with the experince. As far as the audioseminar with all noise of the callers and comments: It was very much of a distraction. I think Joel would do well with just him speaking and guiding and leaving space for the listener to get in touch with the scaling tool concept. This would be advantageous as a recording to practice with…no interviewing or comments are necessary. Let people place there comments and questions right here, period.
This way Joel can focus more also on the subject at hand, Free from Fear, then using the scale for health, wealth or increase inteligence,etc. Thanks for the music Joel. It is very pleasing to listen to it.

to download music – right click on the title of the music that is in blue (which indicates it is a link) – and than click on “save target as” (or “save file as”) – which will then enable you to download the music to your computer for your enjoyment at any time.
