Meditation 1: Arrival at Goal’s Door

Now you have moved beyond the illusions, and felt the simple recognition
that you are one with the divine source.
Are you waiting for proof that reaching your goal is possible?
If so, take yourself to your goal’s doorway.
Just sit there, waiting patiently at the door, and breathe easily as you
recognize that you are ready to step through the door in just a moment.
You do not have to, and so you can take your time if you like.
Now, when you are ready, take a slow deep breath, and put your hand on the
door knob, gently turn the knob, and notice that the door opens easily.
Keep breathing as you step into a beautifully well-lit and comfortable room
that contains the essence of your goal.
You may experience a feeling, a color, a symbol, or a sound.
It may be a quiet recognition that you are in the presence of your goal.
Or it may be so subtle that you do not recognize very much, and yet here you
are, and you are discovering something wonderful, even if things seem
somewhat unclear.
It is OK if you simply have a feeling or intuition that you are present with
the energy of your goal.
Let yourself be present with what you discover beyond the door, and let
yourself enjoy the experience.
If you find yourself wishing to change anything that you find there, please
do, for your intuition will help you make appropriate changes.
Now that you have experienced your goal, you can take whatever steps are
necessary to obtain your goal.
As you proceed to take the steps towards your goal in your daily life,
please freely step through your goal’s doorway anytime, for this brings you
the feeling of that manifested goal instantly.
This gives you the confidence and grace to attain your goal with ease.
If you are somewhat unsure of the steps to take, step past the doorway as
often as you like, so that you become more familiar with the goal, and you
will soon discover the steps to take.

Meditation 2: Naive Truth

There was once a child. . .
Perhaps that child was you. . .
And one day, during a special timeless moment, the child had a thoroughly
pleasing experience of delighting in the wonderful sights and sounds.
Everything seemed to fit together perfectly, so absorbed in the moment was
that child.
Everything seemed clear, as if seen with a magnifying glass, and each facet
of that experience brought wonder and fascination to that child, for there
was a special beauty there.
Even now, your mind recalls such wonderful moments in your own experience.
There they are, though they seem subtle at first.
As you remember those special moments, with your breathing gently slowing
and deepening, your memory delights in rediscovering those details for you
to enjoy now.
Maybe your attention is noticing the colors and shapes you see in this
scene.
Perhaps the sights and sounds delighting your ears gave you a sense of
possibilities in that moment, and if you let yourself, you may notice those
details delighting your awareness now.
Or, you may be enjoying the subtle pleasing sensations of life energy,
gently flowing through your body.
Or, perhaps your heart is so pleased by such memories that a feeling of
happiness emerges within you.
Such moments are there for you to enjoy, when your mind reminds you to
recall, with as much pleasure as you would like, that you have experienced
such comfortable moments, in your own wonderful way.

Thanks to Joel, there is hope for many people that would otherwise not know or understand what is happening to them. Joel has a unique way to help direct the energy and the universe. I am so blessed to have met him. Thank you for taking us on this life changing journey through time and space.
I believe in universal energy and stuff but does this guy acually call himself a “modern mystic”?
In our history, mysticism has been used to dumb down the masses, has always meant “It’s a mystery”, “who knows” in other words; knowledge was supressed and mysteries were inhanced.
A mystic knows and understands the essential oneness of all phenomena in the universe. This is more than “believing in universal energy,” for it entails being able to share methods of accessing the energy, and cultivating unity with it.
When you feel that unity, it is many things: a miracle, bliss, something that gives you pause for thought, a vital force that you can feel within yourself, and much more. Its essential nature, so multi-faceted that it can not be named, is both something that can be known and felt, yet so awe-inspiring in its scope that it is, in its own special way, truly a magnificent mystery.
When you explore the universe, the infinite universe simultaneously becomes known to you, and yet the mystery of its infinite capacities grows as well. May all explore this mystery, and become enlightened thereby.
I am very much thankful to you, for the work you are doing for a lot of people like us. It is very useful to everyone in the day to day life. I definitely was surprised at such a simple method to raise one’s consciousness. I felt my energy shift with my finger moving up and down the scale. Taking time to feel and noting changes is wise. No sense in rushing without integrating with the experince. As far as the audioseminar with all noise of the callers and comments: It was very much of a distraction. I think Joel would do well with just him speaking and guiding and leaving space for the listener to get in touch with the scaling tool concept. This would be advantageous as a recording to practice with…no interviewing or comments are necessary. Let people place there comments and questions right here, period.
This way Joel can focus more also on the subject at hand, Free from Fear, then using the scale for health, wealth or increase inteligence,etc. Thanks for the music Joel. It is very pleasing to listen to it.
