I have enjoyed inspiration from several teachers during many years. An old star still going strong is Florence Scovel Shinn. Her book from 1925, “The game of life and how to play it” still makes great bedtime reading. But since about eight years, Abraham-Hicks is my main inspiration. Through Esther and Jerry Hicks, they present the perennial philosophy in an easy-going, very practical way with lots of humour.
You want to meet my favorite and best teachers? Well, you have met them. They are you. This is no commercial.
Almost a year ago I ordered ‘Mind Evolution’ material. It was much more than I expected. It is still my ‘go to’ material for going within. My personal horizon has risen, I now feel the new energies. I have had some luck with RVing and some other mind driven discoveries.
I am a retired Engineer that would have thought this was all crazy, now it is all reality…. Thanks for this adventure.

The most inspiring teacher I had the truly good fortune to meet was
Krishnamurti. After studying his books and watching his videos, I said that, Jesus brought the rules!! Krishnamurti brought the tools!!
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar – the founder of the Art of Living. The unconditional love that one feels in his presence, the simple techniques of breathing and meditation, the emphasis on service to humanity and promotion of human values – the common core of all religions – participating in these activities have been so healing and brought me from the Head to the Heart – the name of the journey he is leading.
My favorite Vipassana Meditation teacher – Shri S.N Goenka http://www.dhamma.org/
Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills.
This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation. Healing of human suffering, is its purpose.
