I came across this group of exercises from the Energy Guru and I just knew I had to share them. I have played with each one as I was setting this post up and I have to tell you that at the moment I feel calm, open and relaxed.
These exercises take only a few minutes to perform and they are a little crazy and a lot of fun
and – if you don’t mind – I would love to hear how you do with the tongue roll (Super Calm) I was able to do it – sort of
