what a wonderful meditation, i feel all fuzzy.
Magical colors and shapes, I could watch this video over and over again…
Very soothing Alpha-wave harmonics and incredible graphics as well.
Thanks for the meditation. I feel very refreshed and peaceful.
It brought back dormant memories of my childhood…strange indeed. A summerday at my grandmother’s, bathing in the sun with my cousins, pool, cypress tree, ice-chocolate milkshakes…. oh my god how wonderful. This music and images replicated that moment, awsome Depending of the image, certain moods awakened in me and therefore the memory that it triggered it when I was a child. Pleasant indeed. Wonderful.
Fantastic colours, the moment i started watching i felt sensations if the front of my forehead & then the top of my head. Amazng.
Darn it! I can’t see the video. Something’s locked out on my internet options. Is there somewhere else I can watch it? OR does anyone have any idea how to turn it on?

I got my Reiki attunement Sat eve from Judith. The ceremony was amazing and now I can say I am a Usui Tibetan Ckickara Reiki Do Master. Does Reiki really work? Yes! I have been using it since I signed up for her course a week before my attunement. My Fibro and chemical symptoms have lessened a great deal. I even sleep at night.
Now that I have learned EFT I will combine both Reiki and EFT to deal with my Fibro and a few other illnessess I have such as Chemical Sensitivity. I already use Aromatherapy and Refloxology, but I feel EFT and Reiki are a better way to deal with the illnessess. Who knows what will work until you just try it!

It was beautiful to watch. I didn’t feel anything though, then again the video kept buffering.
My heart is broken, so, this has made me cry a lot!
To Robin: let the video stream all the way through and then replay it. It will not keep buffering and you’ll be able to relax more.
I listened to it and watched the images. It was very relaxing and pleasant, although I admit I did not feel fuzzy or get goose bummps. Maybe I am not as in-tune as those who did.

I watched the video twice but found it was a non-event for me. I found much of the music irritating and distracting. Otherwise, nothing.
Interesting experience. Thank you for making this available. I had no expectations, but felt compelled to watch. Towards the end of this video I felt an odd sensation emanating from spine; soothing,fuzzy, and liberating, with an awareness something inside of me opened up; perhaps my heart chakra. I am unable to define or better articulate this. Still, I was left relaxed with a sudden calmness and peace of mind; yet alert. Now I return to making lasagna and cheesecake for my New Year’s Day Pot Luck! Happy New Year to all; 2009 was great. Bring on 2010 – here is to it being a fantastic, amazing, and wonderful year!

Re: your comment to Conny; you mentioned you have other ideas as to her “not being in tune…”. I would be interested in your outlooks in ths matter. I am at a state of awareness above other people, and many things do not affect me, either, at least not overtly or immediately. I ‘feel’ I have ome strength….or…resistance, to being affected by many things energetic, yet also feel strongly drawn to this field and have been studying in it for years, now. I am “teaching” in this field, to people lose to me and plan to write and become a coach/mentor. That time is very close, now…all things happen in their due time, and my time is close. I feel understanding…..and confusion about this timing and my role, but I certainly DO feel it coming. Your outlooks and knowledge will be appreciated.

Confusion is a good word for this moment in time – at least it is for me : – ) So much is shifting and in many ways it is becoming more difficult to find the words to describe what is occurring. Re my comment to Conny – I believe it is important for all of us to realize that though we may all be a part of the “One”, we are each unique and are experiencing the world through our own “uniqueness” and as such no two people are going to experience any given thing the same way…
Furthermore – to judge one experience as better or worse than another (ie feeling relaxed and peaceful versus feeling tingling and WOW or perhaps nothing at all) may perhaps be nothing more or less than a trick of the ego mind and when we can – even for a moment – allow ourselves to step out of the judgement and allow it to just “be” whatever it is – well in that moment we are allowing awareness of what we are – are we not?

Thank you for this wise advice. I have really shifted since this date quite a lot. Once I stopped “owning” things such as these that I do not want things got better. It’s amazing how we “own” things we do not want, but have no idea this is why we can’t let them go. Stop owning them and just let go. You’ll be happier.
I felt as if I was in heaven and I was suspended in space. Inside those shapes was all the peace and love in the world.
My right knee has been feeling warm these past few weeks (no pain, not uncomfortable) and while I was watching the video, it started to vibrate. I don’t know why. Been seeing angel lights since last year and now while watching the video, have been seeing other kinds of movement in the corners of my eye.
