This is great – a proven “technique” – you get what you ask for. Asking somebody “not to do” something for sure they will do it. This is what the brain notices.
Have you ever asked yourself why the New Year’s Resolutions ususlly are not too successful? Have you ever thought of re-phrasing them?
Wanting to lose weight e.g. only reinforced the image of “weight” in the brain. How about “I will get fit and will exercise at least x times a week”?
Your brain “hears” “fit”, “exercise”.
You can take it a step further and picture yourself as this different person being fit and exercising regularly. Thinking of it does not really do the trick.
Go there in your imagination, step into the “picture”, feel, sense, smell., touch, BE.

I’m pretty sure I figured out the letter trick…

After he says don’t think of any one too obvious like “R” and “J”
Just think of the first letter that comes to mind
Therefore her first letter of choice even if it weren’t R or J will now, the majority of the time, become “A”
As “A” is the first letter of the alphabet and when we are trying to figure out the i.e. the corresponding number to a letter we start by going A, B, C, D, E, therefore for the most part the majority of people will choose “A”

or at least thats what i think as he claims not to be psychic and i believe him that its all psychological

Hello….i live in South Africa,and wondered if this is the reason i can’t watch the video clips…Message says that “embedding disabled”
What can we do to enable embedding so that i can watch this dont watch clip of Derren Browns?
