Hi Joe!…in case you still wondering,…Try this: go back to the place where you have the link for download. I imagine it is an email with the code/address in blue…or its a page from which you can click on “download”…So, when you click on it hold the control key down and then clic on mouse..(control+click)..then you get the list of options showing and scroll down to the one that says: Download this link as…,… and then specify on top of the screen where it asks where to save it, e.g.in download or documents… and you are done.
