I haven't yet tried this but I don't "get" it! Why can't you just do it with two people and have the receiver hold the rods? Surely the result is the same...

This game enhances the communication and also the receiving of emotions. We can introduce any number of variants into the game, to suit our taste and need.Specifically, lovers and spouses can tell in advance that now, I am communicating this particular feeling; receive it.It works and the relationship becomes vastly improved!
Periodically, we can do it without telling what feeling we are sending out. And, Share the experience later.

I've been practicing this for years. I love it. It gives one a good sense of the energy he/she puts out. For beginners, it is easier to do it this way: 1) when you are close to the rods, stop where you are. 2) think/feel of something good, etc., 3) rub the palms of your hands down to your feet, then to your knees, then to your torso, and then figuratively "throw" the captured "energy" of your thoughts/feelings to the rods. The rods should immediately move away from each other if you are thinking positively, and point inward if you are thinking negatively (the movement will be immediate and obvious).

Think of it as a game and it will be easier for you to let go of your thoughts/feelings. Good luck, everyone!

We played the game tonight, starting out by finding the water pipe, people walked straight past the pipe, but everyone got a very strong crossing of the rods right by a tree, maybe there lies an underground spring. After mastering the pipe we moved onto first ascertaining the sitters regular field, unaffected by the sender, then the exercise. As the sender I found it almost impossible to send hate, but the overall results were inconclusive. I was surprised as I practice sending love, & gratitude to the world at least twice a day. We then tried several times, & changed roles.... still very wishy washy. Finally we tried using the sitter as the projector ( I know this is not the purpose of the exercise, but hey we were getting desperate for a result) This time the results were, well, a bit more distinguishable, but still nothing near spectacular. The field was only really detectable at the crown chakra, with the rod holder working above the sitters head in an up & down motion. Could we be doing something wrong ?? If so what ??

Looking forward to hearing how others have faired

The Rods will actually show you something a bit different. I am a bit hesitant to reveal the results before you run the experiment - but if you really want to know send me an email at cyndi@evolutionezine.com and I will fill you in....

I am assuming the rods are to show the difference between negative and positive energy that is being sent. You should notice that the rods will move in one direction for the positive energy and in a different direction for the negative energy. I hope this is right.

A simpler way would be to stop yourself from sending these thoughts as soon as you notice what you are doing, is to change your thoughts to something enjoyable. Why do you need to bring in a third person, this rod? It makes this whole exercise gobbledegook.

When I find myself angry over something I concentrate on the action, not the person, and send dissolving thoughts to the action. The thought that can go to the person is "go in peace". No harm done with that.

When you try to be too clever you mess things up. Keep it simple.
