Creation, The Game of Intentions – Step 1

We first published this post in August of 2009 – and as we enter into 2011 we thought it would be a great opportunity to re-introduce Creation – The Game of Intentions.

Won’t you please consider playing with us? As you can tell by reading the original comments – when you decide to play – magic happens :-)

.

First – Some Guidelines

Remember: This Is Just a Game…….

Whatever you do

DO NOT EXPECT IT TO CHANGE YOUR EXPERIENCE OF THE WORLD AROUND YOU

Our Objective here is simple – to come together as a community and have some fun playing a game that we create together.  We create the rules, we share our experiences, and then from our combined experience we create the rules.

Sounds simple enough – doesn’t it?  And that’s because it is.  So let us begin…

.

Step 1 – The Bright Red Box

I expect that everyone reading this email has been exposed in one way or another to The Law of Attraction.  From the movie The Secret to The Blue Feather Experiment devised from Richard Bach’s book Illusions to any number of articles on this site and beyond – we have all been told that if we can See It and Feel It we can Manifest It.

But how many of us have?

That’s because when we play with the Law of Attraction to bring to us something that we really “want” but don’t currently “see” in our physical environment we often hold – consciously or otherwise – some level of doubt in the Law and or our ability to use it.

red sculpture

So lets see what happens when we PLAY with the Law just for fun.   Can we, for instance, bring into existence a bright red box?  Two or three or 100 bright red boxes?  If we don’t, so what – its just a game.  And if we do, well then, we will just play together again to create something else.

According to the teachings of Abraham it takes but 17 seconds of Pure Thought to bring an idea into manifestation – so this doesn’t have to take much time.  That said – if you are having fun and really getting into it invest as much time as you like – and go back to it as many times as you like, and as Bright Red Boxes begin to materialize in your world come back and tell us about it..

Because your success will motivate the rest of us.  It will give us the spark we need to create our own Bright Red Boxes.

So what do you do?  Teachers all over have given us lots of tricks and techniques – and if you have a favorite – please use it – whatever works.

For those of us that don’t have a favorite technique I would like to suggest the following….

Get yourself comfortable, take a deep breath and close your eyes.  Hold out one of your hands and imagine that someone has just placed a bright red box into it (if its a big box – hold out both hands).  Is the box heavy or light?  How big is the box?  Shake the box – is there something inside of it?  Use your fingers to determine if the box has a texture to it.  Breath deep – is there a smell associated with it (who knows maybe Grandma’s cookies are in the box :) ).

When you are finished playing open your eyes and simply say “Thank You” for having this wonderful bright red box in your Life.  And then go on about your day.

If you have a friend (or two) you can play with then you can talk to each other about your boxes.  Tell your friends how it felt to find your box – what it looked like and what, if anything, was inside.  Allow yourself to become a child again, playing make believe, have fun and keep it light.

red heartOnce the boxes begin to materialize in your world come back and tell us about them – all of them.  And don’t be too particular.  Whether you see a picture of a bright red box in a magazine or someone hands you an expensive gift wrapped in bright red paper – come back and tell us about it.

If you’ve discovered some great technique that helps with your game, share it!

These successes build on each other – and as we celebrate each other’s successes the power of the game will grow.

(Hint! – Readers from the UK, Post boxes and Deal or No Deal boxes don’t count :) )

.

Winners and Prizes…

The prizes for winning this part of the game are Bright Red Boxes and a bit more confidence in your ability to Create that which you focus on.

As for declaring a winner – well – in our world of Limitless Creation and Cooperation there is room for many many winners – So to Win all you must do is Decide to Play.

.

The Next Step:

The Next Step will in many ways be up to you.  What would you like us to manifest together next?  Or maybe you have a mind power/personal development game you can share with readers? What other guidelines would you like to see added to the game?  What techniques would you like to share that have made your own experiences more powerful?

Please visit this page for ideas and suggestions for evolving Creation…

From your thoughts and experiences will come Step 2 and Step 3  and Step 4….

Our Game is designed to be never ending and ever expanding and all inclusive.  All are welcome, everyone invited (including your children – just imagine the fun of playing make believe with your five year old).  Just bring a smile and a willingness to play.

About a two weeks after I played, I was at a coffee shop and drew card from a daily angel card deck. The card I drew was “expectancy” and had a picture of an angel holding a red box. The face of the card I kept to myself and tried to conceal my delight….

Love these games, lets create together :)

I just learned about the evolution website. I thought it was interesting, and started reading about the red box exercise. That was this morning, and I intended to try the exercise and just see what happened. So I read through the visualization of the red box and decided that I would try it later on today. Well I didn’t get around to it. But just now I received an e-mail from an old buddy of mine. The e-mail concerned creating an avatar for a game program. The program presented the avatar body in sections, one for the head, one for the torso, one for the arms, etc. Below each section was a selection area for you to click on to select that section. The selection area was a RED BOX!!

    Imagine that,

    Bill

    I DID IT!! :D

I read this yesterday (January 21, 2010). I sat for a few minutes and visualized the red box. I didn’t think anything else about it after I was done.

Well today, I had challenging moments so for inspiration by chance I pulled up my YouTube account where in Sept. of 2008 – I created and upload a Gratitude video – based upon the ‘Mind Movie.com’ format and started watching it….and there it was ‘My red box’! :D

    YAY!

Thank you for creating such exciting experiences and showing us that WE CAN DO IT!!

    All my best,
    Laura

I read this yesterday, and was on the phone talking to my mother who is just reading the secret at present and told her that I was trying to manifest red boxes. I live in the britain and my mother replied to me “oh like letter boxes” (these are painted bright red here) i replied “no like red cubed boxes” low and behold I turned around to see a program on television called ‘Deal or No Deal’ and approximately 20 red cubed boxes. How Great is that? Fabulous

I have not been as successful manifesting other things on my own, but I had just finished reading the instructions for the red box when I looked up and saw one in front of me!!! How about doing it as a group with $1,000 cash!? As much as I love red boxes, imagine how many of them I can get with $1,000!

    Cheers,
    Maria

  10. Dave says:

The next day after visualising, I started noticing red boxes everywhere. This to me seems more like using the reticular activation system of the brain, (See John Assaraf of The Secret) to recognise things that look like those we are visualising, rather than manifesting them into our existence. They were already there, its just that we decide to take notice of them. What would be the clincher for me is if a red box physically turned up, and, like Maria, preferably full of money! Visualisation in progress…

I visualized a white box with a red stripe. At the same time I felt drawn to the red heart-shaped box that decorated the page of the article.

Well, one of my students on returning from a trip abroad brought me a little white box tied with a red ribbon (which looked like a red stripe) and inside were nestled four marzipan hearts wrapped in bright red foil! Awesome!

24 hours after doing the “red box”, I was rearranging some things on my table and as soon as I moved it I saw a small red box and I picked it up and just smiled.. Fun Game can’t wait to manifest more goodies.

Because it’s the holiday season, I’m sharing this story you now.

I read about this game in December 2010, decided to give it a try, visualized a red box, and let it go. I was busy with Christmas shopping on a budget and wanted to buy a box of color pencils for myself. But I could only afford a small box of 12 colors at the time. I resolved to save some money so I could buy 24 pencils or more. That certain brand of pencils came in a red box, of course. :)

By March, I had forgotten about the pencils as well, but being interested in art, I found a nice place that offered art lessons. Part of their promo was free art materials. So I got a sketch pad, a set of oil pastels, and yes, a red box of color pencils. Only this time, there were 48 colors. I felt so lucky! It was only then I remembered that I had visualized a red box, later noted that I wanted color pencils, and finally got better than what I hoped for.
