The ebook is free – as is the Core Energy Technique – which Kevin gives you access to in exchange for your email address. The Core Energy Technique is wonderful and easy and I felt its affects from the first time I worked with it. If you don’t want information about the Core Energy Meditation (which one does have to pay for) – Kevin and Matt make it easy to unsubscribe from their list – just click on the link at the bottom of any of their emails.
That said – I have been working with the Core Energy Meditation for the last week and it is unlike any other meditation I have worked with – very powerful and all encompassing. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in developing or deepening a meditation practice consider it.

Meditated 2 times. I felt sick afterwards and my bloodpressure went through the roof. How is that possible?

I took your question to Kevin and the following is his response…
If you felt sick and your blood pressure increased after doing meditation,
you are likely either focusing energy upward into your head, or you may
have some protective tension holding around your heart.
In either case, I would recommend focusing on slow deep breathing
initiated in your lower abdomen, while also feeling the soles of your feet
firmly on the ground. You can also place your hands on your lower abdomen
to focus your breathing there. That should help you balance your energy
and lower your blood pressure.
As a deeper practice, you might ask your body what you need to know about
your raised blood pressure. Listen and feel for any images or phrases
that come into your mind.
