In his breakthrough book, The Hidden Messages in Water, Masaru Emoto discovered the unique abilities of water to sustain life, to heal and to purify.

Mr Emoto subjected water to various positive phrases such as love and gratitude as well as negative phrases such as ‘you’re a fool’ -- he then froze the water and was astounded at the difference in the crystals formed. He also subjected the water to different types of music and different photos, again with amazing results.

Considering humans consist mostly of water, 90% at birth & 70% as adults, it makes you wonder how our emotions affect our physical health -- and probably explains why stress causes 95% of all illnesses and diseases according to a recent study at Stanford University.

Why don’t you use this research to help purify the water you drink? Simply write a positive message of love or gratitude on a piece of paper and stick it to a bottle of mineral water (it’s best not to use tap water as nearly all samples produced very ugly and impure crystals…)

I received an email from a member of our Evolution Ezine Community who has become a friend (Hi Ron) asking me if I had seen the “Porn for Woman” post on Finer Minds.   I of course wanted to learn more so I found my email from Vishen and enjoyed a few moments of fantasy as I actively created in my mind some of what I saw on the screen.

Suffering can be thought of as pain plus avoidance of what is. If one eliminates avoidance -- pain is still there but without the suffering.

As one expands ones consciousness from ego-centered to ethno-centered to world-centered it becomes more and more apparent that at our core we are all one and in this space there is experiencing without the resistance to whatever it is we are experiencing in the moment.

And it is here where suffering ends.

I do not know much about Ken Wilber and his teachings -- do you? Would love to learn of your experiences with his work -- as well as any suggestions for further study.

I am so looking forward to learning your experience while listening to Drunvalo Melchizedek speak of this age  of transformation and love.

Can you feel the heartbeat as he speaks of the Dreaming State of the Living Heart?  Do you sense an opening and an acceptance or a “knowing” as he  describes the Universe as a Living, Loving Consciousness that cares about itself?
