    Hi – yes, bananas are all of those things. BUT at this time, virtually all of them at the markets are being sprayed with a poison before they are shipped to slow the ripening process and stop the bruising that bananas are so famous for. The problem with this spray is that it is being mixed and applied by small farmers who are from 3rd world countries and don’t read very much – as in reading spraying directions. This spray has been confirmed to cause cancer 100% especially when not mixed properly and there is no way around it because the toxin penetrates the skins. So beware of all of the perfect looking bananas with no bruising and too green tops!

    I just Love Bananas,
    And NEVER eat a banana while the skin is either green or plain yellow.
    Eat bananas when the skin is exibiting dark brown spotting and discolouration. This is when the tryptophan (a dietary enzhyme) is most active, making all those wonderful nutrients and fibres most bio-available. Eating unripe bananas actually stresses the dietary system.
