I downloaded this Friday afternoon and all I can say is OH MY GOSH!
I am 52 and and this audio makes me feel like I am 25 or 30 again!
I have never had anything work this well. I have listened to the audio for the full 40 minutes for 3 days now and have had plenty of natural feeling energy all day long. I even woke up 40 minutes early this morning just so I could listen to to it in bed and I feel great today too.
One question though, do you need to listen for the full 40 minutes to always get the same effect? And will it hurt anything to use this every day? Thanks for a wonderful product! Cheryl
Hi Cheryl – you can most certainly listen to it everyday – and the whole recording is best for full effect – though shorter periods of time will also be effective – just experiment with it to see what works best for you.

I have noticed that this audio file is im an Mp3 format. is is not true that in Mp3 the file is compressed , and since this binaural beats are at a very low frequency , is there not a possibility of losing the beats.
Do you recommend to convert the file to .flac or .wav format to ensure maximum benifit
