I did it once by accident, rose about 200ft above my house, I thought I had died and was aware of my body below in bed. A s soon as I had the thought ” Iv’e died”!! I woke up in bed. The trip was over. I want to do it again… It was a blast.

Thanx for the reasons.I’ve heard about this guy,I downloaded his 30 page e-book and his 10 min. audio.They were awesome.I recommend the e-book and audio.I’ve had OOBE’s before but only while I was dreaming (aka lucid dreaming) but the longest it’s ever lasted is about 10 seconds.I haven’t been doing it lately,actually I stopped doing it.I don’t know why,but sometimes I become lucid in my dreams without wanting to.I do believe that it’s possible to astral project,and hopefully I can experience it one of these days,that is,without letting my fears get in the way.But I’ve learned to control them. : )
Anyone else have expirience this?I know Patricia has…

Astral projection takes practice as does anything. Lay down in a dark room and get comfortable. Think about what you would like to see or where to go; feel the warmth and calmness of loving Spirit surrounding you. The feeling for me is like I’m turning in my body and going out the top of my head. It took a while before I could “stay awake” through this step. They call it “lucid dreaming” but you know it is more than that! Also, remember there is a golden “cord” connecting you and this physical self, so if you have any fear you are pulled right back into your body. Don’t “try” to do it….let it be a relaxed meditation and it will come. When you are Trying, it’s like a toy boat on the water and you reach for it then your hand (energy) makes a wave in front and keeps pushing the boat away! See you on the Astral Highway!
