About 15 years ago I had what I guess is called a lucid dream. I woke up while I was sleeping. My spirit/soul and my Mum’s (who had died about 10 years before) touched in deep space. I’ve always known it was real – it was not a dream. It took an instant but it was infinite at the same time. I remember it like it was yesterday and, oh, how I wish I could have another, similar experience.

I did it once by accident, rose about 200ft above my house, I thought I had died and was aware of my body below in bed. A s soon as I had the thought ” Iv’e died”!! I woke up in bed. The trip was over. I want to do it again… It was a blast.

Thanks Abhishek, Astral projection does seem very exciting and full of possibilities. I’m looking forward to the video course and becoming more familiar with this practice.

Thanx for the reasons.I’ve heard about this guy,I downloaded his 30 page e-book and his 10 min. audio.They were awesome.I recommend the e-book and audio.I’ve had OOBE’s before but only while I was dreaming (aka lucid dreaming) but the longest it’s ever lasted is about 10 seconds.I haven’t been doing it lately,actually I stopped doing it.I don’t know why,but sometimes I become lucid in my dreams without wanting to.I do believe that it’s possible to astral project,and hopefully I can experience it one of these days,that is,without letting my fears get in the way.But I’ve learned to control them. : )
Anyone else have expirience this?I know Patricia has…
