Ask Cyndi: The Adya Clarity Scandal – How Do I Know What to Trust?

It sounded fantastic.

It is a natural substance.

You just add it to water – any water – even the pond water in your backyard.

Wait awhile – and drink – without worry – because Adya Clarity pulled all the toxins out of the water and had them sink to the bottom – and at the same time it mineralized the water so that what you were drinking was better then good – it was great.

The news spread throughout the internet – a big campaign got started and names you could trust were promoting it left and right.  Adya Clarity quickly became a big money making product for many people – and it was OK – right – because it was bringing clean water to everyone.

Even to me….almost

A person I really trusted had given me a call and began to tell me about Adya Clarity.  He thought I would be interested – not just for myself but for our entire community.  He was in a position to introduce me to people who could help me promote it and I soon shared his excitement.

So I ordered some – because one thing I never do is tell anyone in our community about anything that neither Iain nor I have any experience with – I just don’t.

I received the Adya Clarity about 6 weeks ago and took it out of the box and went to begin working with it – but my body said “no”  (I have been practicing talking to my body – but more on that in a moment).  I was confused – seeing as how all the information pointed to its inherent greatness – but the signal was a definite “hold on” – so I put the bottle down.

I picked it up again later and put some drops in some dirty water and after a while I saw some gunk settle – and I brought it to my lips to drink – and again – my body said – please no

And I put it down

And I put it on the shelf until I could get more information – both technical information from the suppliers – as well as any more specific information from my body’s obvious resistance.

And the information came this week – first from my same friend who initially told me about the product – and then from Natural News – the product not only doesn’t work, it is quite potentially dangerous (for all the details visit:  Natural News: Adya Clarity: Aluminum Exposure)

I wasn’t really surprised – my body warned me – but I was concerned – because 100,000s of people have been exposed to the Marketing Hype for the product – and most people just don’t know how – or even that they can – work directly with their own body in determining what it needs and when.

(by the way – if you did purchase Adya Clarity please stop using it now – and then do the research)

There are many ways we can talk to our bodies – and with practice it becomes really very easy, even second nature.  The following is one of my favorite techniques – called the body sway technique.  Play with it and come back and tell us your experiences.  And please – if you know of other techniques – come back and give us the details and we will compile them and make them all available to our evolution community. there is so much information/teachings/products/supplements available to us today – and much of it conflicting – it is imperative that we learn how to work with our own bodies in determining what is best for us as individuals.

The Body Sway Technique

1) Sit with your back straight and your feet on the floor

2) Cross your arms in from of your chest and take a moment to center and watch your breath.  Feel your feet flat on the floor.

3) Make a statement that you know is true and watch as your body sways forward (ie “My name is Cyndi)

4) Test a negative statement and watch as your body sways backwards (ie “My name is George”)

5) Hold the product you want to test to your heart and watch your body’s reaction or…

6) Keeping your hands crossed over your chest make a positive statement and watch whether your body responds positively or negatively

You can use the sway technique standing up – and its great to take grocery shopping or to evaluate supplements.  Play with it, practice it, make it your own – and then come back and share your results.

And again – please – if you use this or another technique to open up communication with your body come and share the details with us.  We will do what we do to get the word out – thus empowering us all to move through the hype to what is true for us in any instance :-)

Loving Life

    Hi Cyndi,

Keep trying this. What does it mean when your body doesn’t move?

    Thanks

Thanks so much for your conscientiousness & integrity in checking out products before you recommend them, Cyndi! Here is a body checking method I use:
Make a circle with the tips of your thumb & baby finger of one hand, and a circle using the tips of the thumb & forefinger of the other hand. Put the thumb & forefinger inside the thumb and baby finger circle (like you are threading a needle). Ask, “Show me a yes”
then attempt to open the circle by pushing with the thumb & forefinger. Then ask, “Show me a no” and do the same test. In my case, the fingers will not open with a “yes” and the thumb-baby finger circuit is broken with a “no” answer. Now you are ready to ask any yes-no question you want.

    Warm :) )

Valuable article. Thanks for writing and posting it. The “sway” method is one of my favorites, and so far extremely accurate for me. For the person who asked what if the body won’t move–when it’s my body, it’s a no. As if it’s saying, not budging, standing my ground, etc. As they say, your mileage may vary. ;)

    Hi Cyndi,
I have concerns about this type of testing from years of perrsonal work and research into alternative health. What I caution those that do testing is that if you are not ‘clear’ you are biased. If you have any doubts or positive thoughts you will get a corresponding result. Even thoughts at a sub-conscious level will affect your testing. That is why double and triple blind studies are used and even those cannot be ‘true’ because energy flows, thoughts flow from person to person. So be careful when making decisions based on body tests or any other such as pendulum.

  6. Cyndi & Iain,

Thank you for sharing this article about *that*! hype water (Adya Clarity).
As a (practical) Metaphysician, I am *aware* of more *whatever* now
is going on than most. Somewhere on our planet, either caused by *natural events*, or by AGAIN – people more and more *evil* is being added for everyone to cope with.
Blessing Internet: I get to know an awful lot more than prior to me being part of the Internet Community.
I came across your website and consider what you offer of great value, your own products/creations, such as The Schumann Resonance Mp3, The Solfeggio Harmony I find particularly *healing*.

Cyndi & Iain: *instinctively* I trusted you guys, I always open your emails, downloaded The Beethoven Mp3 yesterday, not yet sure whether I am going to like it, comparing it for instance with the same music being played by The Berliner Philhormonic Orchestre, conducted by Herbert von Karajan.
Sometimes something is *so perfect* that it just cannot be improved upon.
I am having trouble with the Hz sequencing as given with the download.
However: like you I am testing until I shall have the *proof* (for myself) that I am listening to tones – just *right* for human cellular tissue.

Cyndi, w.r.t. the exercise you gave – to see whether something agrees with someone’s body: Since 1988 I have been a certified Advanced Applied Kinesiologist, trained in Behavioural Kinesiology (Dr. John Diamond), and I am a Touch-for-Health, I,II,III,IV, therapist.
Having said that, only as an indication that I have experience with such *exercises*: should you have similar experience, training, schooling yourself: may I suggest that either you have yourself *tested* (double-checked)by another experienced collegue?

I did your exercise, but shall do it again at a later stage.
What I experienced first go: no forward, no backward swaying. My entire being as it were and best described: *closed* all shutters.

I am not alarmed by that, neither am I confused how to proceed in order to find out what is ok for my physical being. Promoting some *new* fad with too much aluminium and iron in it? Hmm, it could well be *quite right*: I work with *ionic* atomic #’s, the outcome of these 2 elements: cuprum leading into natrium then helium for the people of our planet to: arm themselves with in order to continue achieving *miracles.
Cyndi & Iain: I know the above probably reads like *abracadabra*, however I have been at this particular & peculiar business a long long time. Our planet is undergoing *tremendous* shifts (as they phrase this), your Solfeggio tones, the Schumann Resonance music in my opinion are the very best, most up-to-date,accurate new,new stuff/adaptations all people should have *with* them, in their aura, their chakra’s, their DNA, their nervous system, cells, bones.
P.s. One major important test, before all other tests: clearance of all *reversals*, being switched and then proceed testing the body on issues. If one does not: no decent, accurate outcome is possible.
    Sincerely,
    Dr.Willy Holmes-Spoelder

My nutritionist taught me this years ago. When standing in the aisle & trying to select from the various brands & strengths of vitamins to get the ones that are best for me. If I’m not pulled into it, then it’s a waste of money & if my body is repelled, then it’s probably harmful. It works for me…

the response was neutral so I will retest again before deciding everyone is not going to get a negative response.. For me I will not be taking it internally. So I will certainly be listening to me and not these so called experts. Research research I do not want to give in to alarmist either there must be balance for me

    Cyndi,

I am very grateful for this article. I’ve been taking the adya clarity for nearly 3 months now, and have been having some adverse reactions the entire time. But I was in denial that these reactions might be caused by the Adya clarity because I wanted to keep taking it for its healing effects. Your sway test now tells me that this substance is not right for my body, which confirms what my gut has been telling me all along. What a great, simple tool! Many, many, many thanks!

This product was promoted so aggressively, that a lot of people got involved with the hype. It took me a long to to order it after seeing it heavily promoted over and over. The price also was holding me back. I only ordered 3 small dropper bottles, gave 1 away, and only opened one. I stopped taking it because I didn’t notice any changes, good or bad, and after the Japan nuclear catastrophe, didn’t have a desire for some reason to continue taking it. David Wolfe is sending the product for testing, so we’ll see what happens.

  13. Hi Cindi

This was exactly my experience – I was sent a free sample by someone I trust (still do) who was convinced Adya Clarity was great. My experience was not good – I felt nothing from it but because my friend was so keen, I kept going through the bottle.

For me the turning point was when I watched a promotional video that hyped up all the benefits and to start with these sounded so great that I was ready to try the product again. But then I realised that none of these benefits was being substantiated and I had serious doubts. I was not surprised to read Mike’s article – he confirmed what I’d suspected and that Adya Clarity was just a big scam (I never did understand why an abundant natural extract was so expensive?!!)

It’s interesting to read the thread http://renegadehealth.com/blog/2011/11/01/adya-clarity-consumer-alert/ which shows all the mud slinging that has been going on over this!

Perhaps you all leap to conclusions from two newsletter articles, you might like to look at Adya Clarity’s very thorough response to this. I don’t use Adya Clarity. I don’t sell it. My goal here is to have some logical rational information presented with some chemical composition/National Health Standards explained and not just whether your own individual body talk tells you a product is for you or not. That means nothing in the larger scale of things. What is good for one is not necessarily good for another. Please read the following:

    Hi, Cyndi.

Someone of my acquaintance who teaches psychic techniques taught me this, only he does this standing. He calls it the body pendulum technique. I found this difficult NOT to want to influence the outcome, so, I abandoned it. Same thing with use of an actual pendulum to get a yes or no on something.

One question I find that never fails me is do I have inner peace about a decision or direction. If something is right for us, we will have inner peace about it regardless of what’s happening outwardly around us. The Universe, God, or our higher selves speak in a still, small, soft inward voice.

Seems once again my intuition was right on the point. This guy is STILL emailing me about his fake product. I’m not suprised this turned out to be a hoax because way back when I got my first email from him, have no clue how he even got my email addy except someone I trusted either loaned, sold, or rented my email addy to him. I read it and to me this stuff sounded too good to be true. “Blue gold” indeed! I deleted it.

After the fifth email, I’m quite a patient person, I actually joined his “seminar” on making this blue gold. The first bit was nothing more than a saleformercial! I stuck thru just to see what was going on with it. Once he told me how rare the stuff was and then the price I was outta there faster than fleas on rice!

I have spammed him and even unsubscribed from him. Doesn’t matter he still emails after I reported him to my email provider multiple times! Presistant he is I’ll give him that. Too bad he won’t choose to channel this into something useful and truthful. Hopefully now that his scam is busted he’ll stop emailing me and disappear. Hmm… I do wonder what other shocking truth we’ll learn next? Seems this year has been a real doozy. MORE shocking truths to come my intuition is telling me… I will keep listening and following it because it is never wrong.

I bought a bottle of the Adya water and after adding it to tap water, waited for the result. After two days the chlorine smell remained and the taste was terible. I emailed the company and was told that if the water is warmed it would work better. The stuff at the bo0ttom of the glass became brown. I was told that the Adya water was supposed to be used with their filter. This was not mentioned in the webcast. I certainly will not drink the water. Praise be that I bought onbly one bottle!

    Re self testing:
One way I have found effective is to press the tip of the thumb and the little finger together keeping the other fingers out of the way. This makes a hole where the thumb and little finger tips join. With the other hand put the thumb and index fingers up through the hole and try to force the thumb and little finger tips apart. Strong will be difficult to force apart, negative the tips will open up easier. Ask “yes” and “no” and see the difference.

    Cyndi,
Thanks for your article on Adya. Years ago I learned about the pendulum and how useful it can be as a tool to check compatibility with food, what and how much to take of various nutritional supplements, etc. The book that I initially read has become a “classic”, it’s called “Pendulum Power”. The advice given above by Lily (comment #4) about being biased is definitely good advice. It’s important to be emotionally neutral about the outcome. I will typically say to myself that I don’t care what the answer is, as long as it’s accurate. Over time, you’ll likely find that it becomes easier and easier to achieve the necessary emotional neutrality, and will probably find that your increasing ability to be emotionally neutral is also helpful in your interactions with others.
You can read some actual pages from the book and buy it on Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/Pendulum-Power-Mystery-You-Feel/dp/0892811579/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1320368347&sr=1-1 .
You can also buy the book used for as little as $0.99 + $3.98 shipping at http://www.alibris.com/booksearch?qwork=5041068&matches=57&keyword=Pendulum+Power&cm_sp=works*listing*title .

    Hi Cyndi,

Thanks for letting us know, and for providing the link to further information about a-c water. I was going to buy a large quantity of it because of the discount and was “saved” by the postage cost. It was huge, for products to be sent to Australia, so I cancelled my order. Interestingly, I had done a thumb+forefinger energy test as to whether the water would be good for me, and I’d got a definite yes. That’s why I was buying it.

As others have commented, the result of asking yourself questions, no matter what format you use, is affected by your beliefs and subconscious programs. I obviously really wanted the story about adya clarity to be true! I’m not convinced that this is a deliberate scam but then I err on the side of trusting others.

But for now, I’ll stick to my alkaline, filtered water instead.

I’m also practiced in Kinesiology and purchased an initial quantity of Adya Clarity about a month ago and have been testing it and trying it. Not only did I test very strong for it(holding the bottle at my heart), and had another person test me as well, but also it did not test positive for excessive or unhealthy levels of any minerals for me. Testing indicated that for me, 2 drops daily is what my body needs right now. It also tested strong for helping to clear a virus from my body this past week. It was the only supplement I took that was different than what I gave my family, and I recovered in 3 days instead of the 2 weeks it took the rest of my family.

So, for me it’s good. …it may be that results are very individualized (like a homeopathic solution)and my body needs these particular minerals right now.

Just thought I’d share as someone who has tried it personally and done quite a bit of testing.

I’m starting to find it hard to trust anything or anyone. How do I know Cyndi isn’t lying about the product for malevolent reasons. It could be true that Adya Clarity is the best thing since sliced bread and will save us from dangerous impurities secretly added to our drinking water like flouride for instance, which is apparently added to tap water under the claim its good for your teeth (has anyone not heard of toothpaste?) but is a dangerous toxin that causes brain damage and lowers resistance to media manipulation. Cyndi might be a sinister government agent feeding you a load of guff about talking to her body!

I just read your post on body sway — I like that technique a lot. My body waits just a beat or so, as if it’s thinking about it, and then sways forward or back. It’s a very pleasant feeling — thanks for the tutorial.

I wonder…I think it would be interesting to conduct studies on people by having them speak sentences in a language that they do not understand, while trying this or other technique like muscle testing, and see what the results are. Person A could find out what Person B wants to learn, then go construct the sentence in Swahili or whatnot, and then come back and have Person A repeat the sentence while muscle testing or doing the body sway. Person A would not know how person B constructed the sentence, and so it would truly be a blind test. If someone hasn’t tried this already I would be surprised, really.

A while ago I subscribed to a number of raw food newsletters. About three months ago I started getting a lot of unsolicited links about Adyar clarity from some of the people who send out these Raw Food newsletters. I was, at first, drawn into the promise of a panacea to deal with the inflammation and resulting pain in my body. But I too was skeptical and did some research. The results were not reassuring and I pretty quickly became aware that this was a scam of the highest order.

I felt pretty let down by the people in whom I had put my trust, I was dumbfounded that someone who sings the praises of a raw food diet and seems so in touch with holistic living would promote something like this with as much conviction as they do their raw food message. It just seems so incongruous and also obvious that it was the lure of the almighty easy dollar that led this particular person to promote this so heavily. I hope that anyone who has mistakenly promoted this to others should have the integrity to apologise and make a commitment to be a lot more selective about what they involve themselves with in future.

But there is a greater issue – the issue of affiliate marketing. I have found many gems through this practice and when it is utilized with integrity it provides many benefits by linking community, wisdom and ideas. When used with a snake oil mentality – ie from a position of “what can I find for little investment of time or money, create a spin around and sell as though it had real value?” – it is in the same boat as the coal mining companies who, instead of exploring the potential of truly sustainable resources, are now hawking Coal Seam Gas Mining as the answer to our current environmental concerns.

At the end of the day intent is what is key – are you trying to provide something which you personally know to be of real value and making a buck in the process or are you just trying to make a buck? Interesting how the ‘trying to make a buck at all costs school of thought is back firing in such a big way for so many at the moment’

What is as important as personal intent is speaking out and I thank you whole heartedly for doing so about this.
    Thank you
    Thank you
    Thank you
    Namaste

I learned a valuable lesson from this, I listened to a trusted friend about Adya Clarity, got excited, got the product and took it. During the week that I took it I followed the directions for super shots. After the 3rd day of super shots my body started pushing it out through EVERY avenue. The company said I was having a toxic cleanout but I am in the natural health care business and I KNOW the difference. I was sick for days! I have a deep seated bad habit of jumping in with both feet without doing all the due diligence because I BELIEVE people. Folks, people may have a belief that they share with you but be warned every time…do your due diligence. What may be true for someone else MAY NOT be true for you. LISTEN TO YOUR OWN SPIRIT. Ask your body if this is good for YOU. Follow Cyndi’s directions on how to access your own energy. And, Cyndi, thank you for your posts. You make a difference.
