there’s a lot of splitting hairs in these comments.
In the end, its all about feeling good. Not once you get something in your life, but NOW. The 17 seconds is a good place to start. To hold a thought for that time, a pure thought is a challenge. To hold it until it changes the your feeling you experience is actual work at first. Try it. No time before that seems to make your feeling change. it is only then that another thought joins and make your new good feeling space stronger. Law of Attraction is an extra perk, as it responds to how you are feeling all day long. However, feeling good is what we all want.
We’re dedicated to the purpose of feeling good, and it is why we have a website http://www.17seconds.ca with a musical counter that stops having to count while you raise how you feel. A simple ting of a triangle lets you know you’ve past this magical mark.
BTW- Abraham itself says that Source is another word for God. in fact they speak of nothing else.

Abraham are pure genius. Anyone who needs proof and verification just needs ego fodder, as intellect is ego. Ego is the consciousness of viewing yourself as separate in everyway from everything else. Those who choose to to abide by ego satisfying intellect believe only what can be seen with their 5 senses or a scientist (an intellect) telling them that a certain hypothesis (belief) has been proven true through experimentation in a university. But the universal energy can only give you what you believe (repeated thoughts created in your consciousness) but an intellectual ego will insist it’s the other way around. Those in the process of undergoing re-connection in ther consciousness instictively know the words of Abraham are wisdom and need not question it with their mind because their heart (consciousness of the soul) has already resonated with it. Abraham communicate to us, in a way that most of us can accept, the basic laws of the universe and how it works. Those of us who don’t care to wait around for the next two hundred to a thousand years for a scientist in his lab to catch up and validate the information take heed now. We don’t need science to prove it in a lab! We see our LIVES as the proof!

While I agree that taking positive steps toward improvement is important I feel like it can’t hurt to take a minute and do a relaxation exercise or visualization. I don’t believe it has to be an either/or proposition.

I enjoyed the short film and it made total sense. I’ve analyzed and experienced the Abraham work for a period of time and feel it is of tremendous value for people who could use a few more life tools . To judge something without experiencing it is the sign of a person that is destined to live out their life in their own self designed paradigm nothing ever changes. My students in the Martial Arts world do the best when they let go of control and try new concepts and ideas. When we get out of our mind the world moves. Something I say to my students and friends is that life is like a large white horse and you get to kiss one end or the other. Where are you placing your lips.
