As the energy of the planet shifts during this pivotal time in history, manifesting from the heart is being energetically supported, whereas manifesting purely from the head is a more difficult path.
The key question is: How do you positively guide your manifesting energy from the heart? My 3 crucial “C”s of heart-guided manifestation will help you create more manifestations from the energy of love, light and levity.
The First C is Consciousness
Consciousness enables you to create an ideal foundation from which your dreams can be more fully realized. Without consciousness your energy is just being directed willy-nilly by your programmed ego mind (and who knows what’s in there!). From consciousness you can positively empower your manifestations by aligning your actions, choices and creativity to your:
Think of yourself as a tuning fork. Each day heart-guided intentions, then consciously hone in on what YOU the tuning fork picks up through observation, listening, and sensing. Consciousness enables you to set manifesting energy into motion in a focused direction. Consciousness enables you to receive valuable feedback from the world around you about what to do next.
Tuning Fork Exercise:
Close your eyes and take a deep breath releasing tension. Then open your eyes and calmly look around the room you until something catches your attention or you just decide to focus on something or someone. For 1 to 5 minutes write everything that comes to mind in regards to this visual. What does it remind you of? How do you feel about it? Let your train of thought go where it wants. Any insights arise?
The Second C is Challenges
Challenges powerfully propel heart-based manifestation. There are three primary tenets in regards to challenges and positive manifestation.
1. It’s important to respond to challenges rather than react to them. This shift alone will bring about more ease, rather than more struggle. Reactions are typically broadly based and come from your programmed perspective, whereas responses are more specific and rise from the ability to pause and let your heart lend guidance. The more you practice responsiveness, the more challenges become opportunities for reinvention, appreciation and innovation.
2. Challenges show you what you need to work on. For instance, you may need to work on expectations and disappointment or control and vulnerability issues before you can get out of your own way and manifest cleanly. Once you see a pattern you can work with it from a place of self-forgiveness, from a place of curiosity.
“What challenges me?” Exercise:
Take a deep breath and consider: What issue or issues come up time after time for me throughout my life? Trust what comes quickly to mind. Then consider what the solution is to your issue. For instance, the antidote for disappointment might be acceptance. The antidote to control might be trust. Antidotes that will produce positive manifestation encourage you to keep your heart open rather than to close it down.
3. Challenges allow you to expand your “possibility” spectrum. I once read that physical pain is fear leaving the body. I believe this applies to the emotional pain we often feel when we’re expanding into new territory. Your soul wants you to push past the limits that have been created by the ego mind no matter how much it pains you!
For instance, I had a client who was trying to manifest her heart’s desire for a horse retreat. When we began to work together to take concrete steps towards this reality she reached a point where the sense that things were “out of her control” created a stopping point beyond which her trained brain told her she couldn’t go. This pain revealed that she didn’t really believe she could make her dream come true. I explained that like the pain we experience when we’re trying to build more muscle, we often feel the pain of ego resistance when we are trying to expand. Rather than resisting this pain, we should celebrate it as opening us to new levels of manifesting ability! Your brain will complain, but soon your soul will soar.
The Third C is Change
If you want to manifest something new, you have to take the perspective that change is progression and evolutionary. Otherwise, you will just keep doing the same old things and get the same outcomes.
Think of change as a strong wind that dances with the weather vein of your intentions and vision. When the winds of change intersect with your clear intentions and vision you can then get quickly directed on the right path. If you don’t have a clear intentions or vision, it will feel like change is just blowing you about your life aimlessly.
Winds of Change Exercise:
List 5 positive changes that will blow winds of positive change through your life. Then take steps to advance these changes in your life. For instance, I decided that I wanted to be more fully engaged in my life in order for exciting opportunities to arise. I then signed up for art classes. Don’t make this complicated. Start with simple changes you can make. You’ve probably been thinking about them for years!
Come from the heart to be the positive manifesting powerhouse you can be.
